I may be a mother to all boys, but I am a Godmother to the most stunning, beautiful little girl. Perhaps it is her beauty, my sappy sentimental side (I stood on this same stage 29 or so years ago to make my First Communion at school), her innocent, shy smile or the sacredness of the event, but I got a bit teary-eyed yesterday as she made her First Communion.
(I picked probably the worst spot to sit for photos, but I did get some.)
Love that smile.
Hoping to be picked to answer one of Father’s questions.

Brielle and Dad
Brielle led the prayer with Father Cummings before our lunch/reception.
It was an honor to be there and it is such an honor to be your Godmother, Brielle.
